In the Montessorian learning philosophy, every concept is assimilated from specifically designed experiments or activities, that build a process of discovery for the child. This immersive experience creates a seamless and extensive curriculum, connecting academic subjects with practical, real-world applications, and creating a deep understanding of core concepts across subjects.
Earthlore’s curriculum is tailored to meet the physical, intellectual and emotional needs of the child at different ages. With learning methods driven by the child’s own curiosity, we create a pressure-free environment where children are free to truly express themselves and grow into well-rounded individuals. The activities at our farm school are designed to embed values such as empathy, leadership and other significant life skills in the child.
Our students engage in activities that build a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and respect for others. This unique environment cultivates a strong sense of community that extends beyond the school years. Our elder children also engage with the local communities in the region as part of their work cycles, thus integrating them responsibly into society to foster their social skills.
Inspired by Montessori principles, our school encourages independence and self-directed learning. Students explore their interests, take initiative, and develop a passion for learning that goes beyond textbooks.
Our facility is nestled in the midst of farmlands, with its heart open to the elements. We want our children to grow up in a completely uninhibited environment. The Earthlore farm school unboxes children from walls and boundaries. We want our children to run on the grass with the sun on their smiles.
The Earthlore program which is Montessori in approach, is designed to make the learning experience available to each child in a way that truly lets them express their own personalities. The teacher introduces concepts to each child separately to value each one, and harness their fullest potential.

Our visionary founder and a dedicated educationist embarked on a transformative journey inspired by the Montessori method.
After years of traditional teaching, Anupama discovered the profound potential of the Montessori approach in fostering genuine education and value creation. In 2004, she established the first branch of Golden Arch, driven by the vision of providing a nurturing Montessori environment for holistic child development.
Since its inception, Golden Arch has continuously evolved and expanded, earning a distinguished reputation as a trusted institution committed to excellence. Over the years, we have introduced innovative programs, including pre-primary classrooms in 2007, toddler programs in 2010, and elementary programs in 2012. Guided by our mission of value creation, Golden Arch has cultivated a unique culture and practices that have empowered countless children to thrive and succeed.
In recognition of Anupama’s dedication to authentic education, she was honored with the prestigious National Mother Teresa Sadhbhavana Award.
To extend the legacy of Golden Arch, we proudly introduced our second branch in 2015. Our journey took a significant leap forward with the launch of Earthlore in 2024—a full-fledged school offering education up to the tenth grade. Earthlore embodies over two decades of expertise, experience, and resources, combining the Montessori farm schooling method with the CBSE curriculum for the first time in the country.

EarthLore ‘s name originated from the idea that Earth is the source for everything and the very reason for our existence. The stories that earth has to tell us are unfathomable. Lore from Folklore happens to be the right fit with Earth, hence EarthLore.
Earthlore is an initiative powered by Golden Arch, a well-established Montessori chain of schools( 25+ years). Earthlore is one of the country’s first and finest farm schools. Inspired by the impact of Montessori education on children’s lives across 25 years of observation, the national award-winning founder, Anupama Eswar envisioned Earthlore.
It is a boundless platform curated to bring up truly fulfilled children, who will grow up to unleash the utmost value from their lives.
To understand Earthlore, Let’s think again about why schools exist and what they should ideally do for children. Fundamentally, what do we all really want for our children?
By building a strong foundation of core concepts through experimentation and self-discovery, our children are likely to have a higher intellectual stamina and a capability to solve real world problems compared to children schooled through the memorisation method of the traditional curriculum. The ratio of the world’s most successful people who are Montessori trained is shocking. Few examples include Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, etc.
With their bare feet in the grass and wind in their hair, our children grow up in an environment designed to bolster their physical, mental as well as emotional wellbeing. Our curriculum drives growth from a self-driven curiosity of the child, leaving no use or place for stress in their significant childhood experiences.
